As an Oregon native, Ryan has both a strong understanding of the greater Portland market and maintains a strong network of professional partners.

John oversees transactions, corporate development and underwriting. John’s real estate legacy begins in 1928 when his great-grandfather co-founded the commercial brokerage Bullier & Bullier in Portland, OR. John has developed a niche sourcing underwriting, and managing quality value-add and opportunistic property deals in the Willamette Valley. His experience in due diligence and project management consistently uncovers new value, mitigates risk, and generates above market returns on investment.

Ted specializes in working with debt partners and procuring terms sheets from a diverse set of financing partners. His career spans both technology and real estate. Ted has been an active real estate investor for many years and has led groups specializing in multi family remodels, subdivision and value add projects.
